How does the repair work?
We will do our best that Stöckli products fulfil your requirements. Does your product still have a valid warranty? Then this service is free. If not, then we will be happy to send you a quotation.
For customers from Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
1. Pack the item
Please package the item in the original box.
2. Enclose the repair form
The repair form helps us to organize the repair. To do this, download the form and fill it out so that we know immediately how we can help you. Then print it out and enclose it with the product.
3. Sending the return
Please return your order via the Swiss Post (subject to charge).
Upon postage, you will receive a receipt from the post office. Keep the receipt. In case the package should be lost, we can only credit your account upon presentation of this receipt.
