General conditions

For any points not described, the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) applies

§ 2 – Formation of contract

• The purchase contract is concluded with A. & J. Stöckli AG (Switzerland), A. & J. Stöckli Europe GmbH (EU) .
• By ordering the desired goods and pressing the «Buy Now» button, you are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart, which is accepted by us with-out further confirmation by sending the goods. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
• Orders are executed as completely as possible. We reserve the right to forward items which weren’t on stock upon their completion.

§ 4 – Prices and shipping costs

• Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euro (€). The currency depends on the respective destination of an order. Orders with a destination within the EU area are settled in Euro. Orders to Switzerland or Liechtenstein are settled in Swiss Francs. We reserve the right to technical changes and price changes.
• The VAT is included (CH and FL).
• Shipping costs are payable by the buyer and will be charged per parcel.
• Shipping costs are invoiced per single order.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value. The actual shipping costs are shown in the checkout.
• If the delivery address is located outside of Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein, import duties and value-added tax (VAT) of the respective countries will be charged at your expense.

§ 6 – Right of return

• No questions asked! For all purchases made from www.stockliproducts.com we grant a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. You have the right to return the products by the provisions of this section without giving any reason.
• Each returned product is checked by us. Please return the good completely, intact and in the original packaging. The products may not show any signs of use.
• The returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer.

• At your request, we will refund the total amount within seven days of receipt of the goods or ex-change the product for a new one.

§ 8 – Liability and warranty claims

• You are obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Obvious, externally visible dam-age due to shipping must be immediately reported to the delivery company.
• If the goods are found to be defective, you must notify us in writing within eight days of receipt.
• Warranty claims can only be asserted against material defects within five years of purchase.
• The warranty specified in 8.3 excludes damage due to natural wear and tear, improper use, non-observance of operating regulations, incorrect handling, excessive use, unsuitable equipment, chemical influences, weather conditions, use accessories or spare parts not manufactured or authorized by A. & J. Stöckli.
