How does the payment work?

Payments can easily and conveniently be made by credit card. We use the SSL encryption method for payments, ensuring the payments to Müllex are secure. Your credit card will only be debited once the goods have been sent.

In case of returns, the amount will be credited to the same account and card used for the purchase.

PayPal

You can use PayPal for safe and easy payments. You will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. Simply log in with your user data and safely make the payment.

Twint

You can use Twint for safe and easy payments. You will be redirected directly to Twint at the end of the order process.

Advance Payment

With the advance payment method, you will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. This email contains our bank account details. When transferring the amount due, please ensure you indicate your order number as the purpose of payment. We need that information to tie your payment to your order and thereby release the shipment.

Please note, that it can take up to four business days for your payment to come through.
